We sympathize with our customers complaints about high shipping costs. Even though it has dropped a little, it is not significant. We don’t make any profit on shipping charges because it is simply not in ours or the customer’s interests. We encourage our customers to support energy/climate change legislation because moving to a non-fossil fuel based economy will reduce shipping costs as the demand for fossil fuels will drop and therefore costs will be reduced. If 29% of our energy can come from solar or other alternatives, then this will have a direct impact on reducing our shipping costs and lead to savings for our customers.
